Description

The Stock Order Administrator supports the Stock & Systems Administrator, inputs the purchase orders, chases deliveries and maintains stock levels.


Role Specific Responsibilities and Duties

Daily

  • Daily ordering (19 suppliers). Managing order confirmations & amending delivery dates. Processing order intake.
  • Sending priority lists to suppliers every week.
  • Daily Cutting List.
  • Daily Manifest Lists for Production.
  • Daily Dispatching.
  • Daily Dispatch Invoicing.
  • Learning the Customer Order Input process, so can be utilised as and when required.
  • Checking daily input report and notifying relevant departments of lead times.
  • Chasing suppliers daily on delivery dates, managing delays, souring different suppliers, and notifying relevant departments of delays.
  • Managing Italian suppliers (8), with delivery schedules.
  • Managing repair forms and damage sheets.
  • General stock administration duties.
  • Running reports for the business as and when required.

General Requirements

  • To communicate effectively with all departments.
  • Attending meetings as and when required.
  • Answer the general office phone.
  • Provide data to the business as an when required.
  • Support stock/systems team as and when required, ie holiday cover
