Personal Lines Account Handler

Cheltenham

An incredible opportunity has arisen with a fast growing, independent insurance broker in Cheltenham.

The company have built long lasting, extensive relationships with a range of insurers, enabling them to source and meet the most adopt products for their clients needs.

They are fast growing and seeking experienced insurance professionals to join their expanding team.


Responsibilities:


The Role:


  • Manage and service existing personal lines insurance policies, including household, motor, travel and property owners.
  • Managing claims and liaising with all parties for the most optimum outcome for the clients
  • Building insurer relationships
  • Making policy adjustments as per clients requests
  • Present client presentations to the market
  • Understanding all commercial products on offer to the clients
  • Ensuring all documentation and databases are accurate and compliant
  • Working with the Insurance Manager to advise clients and potential clients on their insurance requirements

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within insurance
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • Good relationship skills
  • Organised and punctual
  • Enthusiastic and eager to progress your career within insurance
