Lead Associate

Description


This is a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the core hours of 6am and 10pm (day shift and back shift).

Salary is £24,600 per annum to be reviewed after six months with potential to increase depending on performance.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Completing holiday requests, logging holidays and monitoring to ensure the shift is manned sufficiently.
  • Reporting KPI's and ensuring targets are met.
  • Ensuring software used is kept up to date such as live excel documents.
  • Assigning picks and processing documentation for inbound and outbound processes.
  • Exporting schedules and creating pick sheets accurately.
  • Completing daily/hourly reports.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Assigning manning on various tasks to ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Covering team leader when not on site.
  • Proactive approach to solving potential issues.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Good experience in excel and other IT programs
  • ideally experience with Oracle.
  • Relevant work experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and thirdparty logistics provider management.
  • Have the ability to multitask.
