GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with one of the Midlands Leading Estate Agents who are highly successful within residential sales and letting across Birmingham and Worcestershire.

We are currently recruiting on their behalf for a for an experienced Valuer/Sales Negotiator to join their team on a full-time permanent contract, located at their Bournville office.

This position is working 5 days a week from Monday - Saturday and can offer a salary of £24K with OTE £31K.

Our client is known for delivering exceptional service so be considered for this role you should have an outgoing personality, capable of giving full commitment and being prepared to work hard.

This is an ideal position for someone with passion, drive and motivation to further your career with one of the Midlands leading Estate Agents.

Valuer main duties:

You will be required to generate viewings
, carry outvaluations, and list properties for market.
Liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, respectful and polite manner.
Follow up viewings and generate leads to help office achieve targets.
Own diary management essential with good work ethic being selfmotivated and well organised.
Valuer requirements and skills:
Listing and valuing experience preferred of min one year
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Confident telephone manner
Team Player
Full driving licence
There is an option to gain the
MNAEA qualifications in property sales.
