The Impact You'll Make in this Role


As a Customer Issue Resolution Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Manages the Accounts Receivable portfolio for one or more Divisions, following generally defined policies and procedures. As this is a customer-facing position, interaction is with both internal 3M customers and external 3M customers.

An individual employed in this position is expected to broaden their knowledge of credit policies and principles and strengthen skills in analysis, reporting, negotiating, and presenting.

This position works independently to meet targets and objectives set by 3M management.

- _Implementing actions to better manage collections and issues_
- _Determining solutions that help improve the service we offer_
- _Supporting sales and other departments in the improvement actions derived from the analysis of complaints_

Your Skills and Expertise
- _ Bachelor's/Master's/Apprenticeship_ degree or higher from an accredited institution_
- _ Experience in Customer Service and/or Collection Management at least of 3 years_

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- _ English at conversational level_
- _ Accounting knowledge_
- _ Management of Excel advanced level_
- _ Communication skills_

Work location:
Bracknell

  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but might require travel)

Travel:
May include up to 10% [domestic/international]
