About the job:


The Data Products & Integrations team is a growing team with a mission to enhance and expand our data set offerings.

A key component of this team's goal is to expand GWI's data set offerings with new, content focused syndicated studies.


You will work alongside the Research Manager to execute and manage large surveys both pre-release and post-release to ensure that we're always delivering data of the highest quality.

You will be involved with all stages of this process, spanning the journey from their inception & ideation stages, through to taxonomy development, fieldwork and data delivery.

You will also liaise and collaborate with other relevant teams across the business, including Product Marketing, Knowledge and Revenue, to ensure that these data sets are delivered and communicated in a timely manner.


What you'll be doing:


Data Set Ideation

  • Reviewing requests for new topics and themes
  • Supporting the Research Manager to prioritise these requests
  • Making recommendations on scope of the data set (audiences and markets)
  • Contributing to survey design and question formulation

Project Management

  • Following operational framework for managing projects
  • Scripting surveys using our online platform, Qualtrics/Dash, and ensuring that they are functional and of the highest quality
  • Monitoring fieldwork and working with panel providers to obtain the required sample, ensuring utmost quality across planned collection metrics
  • Devising clear data specifications to our internal data processing teams
  • Being the daytoday point of contact with other internal teams, such as data processing and product marketing, to deliver projects

Product

  • Understanding the platform and products
  • Using the platform on a regular basis, developing knowledge of all features and capabilities
  • Working closely with the rest of the DP&I team to help manage priorities and the team's workflow e.g. management of the team Asana board

The essentials:


  • Some demonstrable commercial experience or understanding of quantitative research methods
  • A desire to work in multimarket research
  • A desire to work in research design and project management
  • Capable of working independently and developing new ideas
  • Experience of writing, scripting and running surveys
  • Meticulous attention to detail and creative problemsolving skills
  • Strong organisational skills, working to deadlines across multiple projects
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (use of formulas required), basic skills for all other Microsoft Office Applications
  • Confident in working with large, and sometimes complex, datasets
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Availability to work in London (UK)

Nice to have:


  • Experience working closely with clients
  • Knowledge of scripting platforms (Qualtrics)
