Complete Classroom Services is working closely with a diverse range of SEN primary and secondary schools across Ealing. From ASD schools to complex needs schools, we are committed to delivering exceptional support to students with varying needs.

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic
SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEN to achieve their full potential, both academically and socially.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing oneonone or small group support to students with SEN.
  • Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual needs.
  • Implementing behavior management strategies and promoting positive behavior.
  • Supporting students with personal care and medical needs, where required.
  • Collaborating with other professionals, including SENCOs and therapists, to ensure integrated support for students.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential.
  • A patient and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents/carers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are advantageous.

Salary:
£80.00-£100.00 per day
