Description

The ACP will assess and treat from a range of previously undiagnosed differential diagnoses, formulating treatment plans to manage patients in the community setting.

The post holder will be responsible for comprehensive and advanced physical assessments of patients and for requesting and interpreting diagnostics in order to deliver expert clinical reasoning and clinical decision making.

The ACP will be responsible for delivering advanced interventions to patients including cannulation, line insertion and management and the administration of sub cutaneous and intravenous therapies.
