Our client is the UK Marketing, Sales, and Distribution Company for one of the largest alcoholic beverage brands throughout the UK.

After establishing themselves in the UK in 2006, their team has continued to grow, and they have gone on to turnover over£140m.


Leading the way in both On and Off Trade markets, the company has gained their popularity by developing and advancing their products to suit their customer needs.

With the consumer being the forefront of their development, our client focuses heavily on publicrelations to drive the sales and growth of the business.

As a result of this growth, we are now searching for a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to join their small yet established team.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Identify and manage events/festivals including setup, supplier and logistics management, relationship management, attendance, and summary reports and reviews.


  • Trade Marketing

  • Community Based Marketing activities, On Trade, Trade Press and Free Trade support activity ensuring all branding and messaging is consistent and accurate.
  • Supporting On-Trade Activation Manager with NUS Roadshow.
  • Budget breakdowns and strategic account support.
  • Management of PR & Press releases, including working with 3rd party agencies, support on campaigns and development of strategies.
  • Building relationships with key contacts for PR, providing media packs to relevant parties during key sales periods and new product developments.
  • Support on Point of Sale marketing including organisation and stock allocation of POS, as well as budget management of POS, and management of storage units.
  • Management of trade social accounts, working alongside team members to create content plans and copy for socials, influencer management and delivery and management of influencer packs.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:


  • Previous experience within FMCG Marketing, Food/Drink Brand marketing or similar is desired but not essential.
  • A broad understanding of the various marketing disciplines (Branding, PR, Social, Events, etc)
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workloads at once.
  • Project management skills, including stakeholder and budget management.
  • Ability to work successfully within a small and fast paced team, whilst also having autonomy over you own work.
  • Previous experience of managing agencies/external partners is desired but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
