Graduate Teaching Assistant - Full-Time - Northamptonshire


Our school in Northamptonshire is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team as soon as possible.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to support the learning and development of our students.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and preparation
  • Supporting the teacher during lessons and helping to manage classroom behaviour
  • Providing oneonone or small group support to students who may need extra help
  • Marking and grading assignments and tests
  • Helping to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Salary:
£80.00-£90.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Northampton, Northamptonshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
