£34,000 - £38,000 per annum

Full time 12 month FTC, Maternity cover


As a Contracts Officer, you'll join our Contracts team working to mitigate potential risk to the Foundation by way of review and negotiation of legal and contractual documentation.

You will provide support to colleagues, in their bids for research projects or engagement of suppliers.


Your role will ensure the prompt completion of our bid, contract and due diligence processes, including negotiation of amendments within required timescales.


REQUIREMENTS:


Ideally, you'll have an understanding of Data Protection legislation and knowledge of due diligence and grant funding vs contractual supply of services processes.

You will also be able to assess risks to the Foundation including probability and impact of such risk.


You'll need excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as working flexibly within a small team and some experience of dealing with legal and contractual documentation in a commercial context.
