Position:


As a Support Worker, working along-side the Senior Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in helping women on their path to recovery.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and have the energy and enthusiasm to provide support.

If you have previous experience working with homeless or socially excluded individuals and a good understanding of safeguarding issues, we encourage you to apply.


In this role you will:

  • Build trusting relationships with our customers and provide traumainformed care.
  • Work in a small professional team within a friendly and supportive environment.
  • Receive full training in traumainformed approaches, managing mental health, substance misuse, and accommodation services.
  • Liaise with external providers to access services that support our customers.
  • Operate on a shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off.
