About the client
MRG Interim Executives are recruiting an Interim Property & Compliance Manager for a social housing provider in Surrey.

Accountabilities
Assisting this organisation to streamline its property, repair and asset management service accountabilities will include:

Onboard and manage external contractors
Ensure work is being carried out by contractors accordingly
Ensuring processes and structures within the service are in place
Ensuring property compliance is effectively managed
Assist in helping to centralise a property team comprising of repairs, maintenance, operational and managerial staff
Responsible for Health & Safety compliance across this organisations housing stock
Assist this organisation in improving the performance of this service
Assist in various property matters including asset management, repairs, maintenance
Helping to troubleshoot and solve complex issues
Assisting with the daytoday management of this organisations repairs service
Help improve communication within the service and promote a positive culture through behavioural and cultural change
Able to start at short notice
Willingness to travel to site as required
Background in social housing
Experience with property, compliance and asset management
Experience in embedding behavioural and cultural change
Service and performance improvement skills
Excellent communication skills
Proven track record in a similar role
