We are recruiting Coaches in Manchester to work with Young people
You will work across community locations, supporting young people to access support, education, employment and training.


This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to young people's lives, it's a very rewarding role with real job satisfaction.


Salary starting from £20200 up to 25252 per annum (dependant on experience)
Our people are driven to improve social mobility and enable people to succeed in Education Employment and Training.


Our programme is aimed at ensuring those hardest to reach Young People are given every opportunity and support to achieve their potential through a person-centred approach.


Experience of working with YP aged 15 onwards is desirable and a flexible approach to work with a can-do attitude.

We know that some people are looking for part time work and we can offer flexible working arrangements, so if you're only looking for 3 or 4 days a week, please don't be put off.

We believe that part-time workers have a valuable contribution to make to our workforce.

Our holidays start at 25 days + Bank Holidays.

We give an extra 6 days a year for staff with longer service and everyone gets the day off on their birthday.
