Overview
A quick overview

nChain is looking for a Product Manager to steer the direction of our CBDC products by working
with our clients and prospects to create a robust product roadmap.

This requires close cooperation with Enterprise Architect, Engineering Delivery Manager and Sales department, ensuring the requirements for new feature or performance optimisation are neatly tight with the market demand and can increase company revenue.

The Product Manager is a responsible for the strategy and development of our product propositions and the subsequent launches of these products through marketing, sales, product development and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share.

responsibilities
We expect you to
Identify client-centred features and solutions for the product roadmap, collaborating with the product managers, marketing, design and technology teams
Set product pricing and distribution strategies where appropriate
Reporting on progress on the roadmap and development of the product domain to the senior management identifying roadblocks on the roadmap and ways to mitigate them, collaborating with the product managers
Collaborate with the product teams to improve the architecture of all the companies solutions
Work closely with the Business Analysts and Market Intelligence Manager to generate insights and opportunities within the market by continually monitor competitor and industry development
Create and evolve product vision based on the client feedback, pain points and outcomes
Lead and guide the team for the successful delivery of the product roadmap
Mentor tech members of the team, sharing knowledge and enhancing their technical capability
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
Experience & REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for
5 years' experience in a product management role
Experience of line management
Previous experience working on technical platforms, solving business/user problems, defining features for complex systems
Knowledge of the full product life cycle

Understanding of the model of central banking in contemporary society (relationship with retail banking, Seigniorage etc), tokenisation, the CBDC space, distributed ledger technologies etc.

Communication skills:
liaising with people from all areas of the business to advise on product direction, utilising research and data to back up your decisions
Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills.

Time Management.
