Business Support Officer - Contact/Assessment & Conference Service
***The purpose of this team is to provide support to Contact Centre Staff, visitors to the buildings, CP Officers & IRO's. All front facing staff work in a building daily offering good customer service to staff and public entering the buildings helping ensure the best experience to our visitors and staff.
Who does the team support?
The team currently supports:
Keystone Contact Centre, St Andrews Contact Centre, The Circle Contact Centre, Willows Conference Centre.
KPIs and Operating Hours
Welcoming and coordinating visitors at Reception, supporting building running and operation.
Uploading contact sheets onto Eclipse, Telephone calls, Monitoring/Ordering stationery, Inbox requests, Room Bookings for Circle, MAPPA Checks on Eclipse, Reporting faults/maintenance, Monitoring and distributing PPE.
Where volunteered, First Aid and / or Fire Marshall
Working hours worked on a rota basis to cover key areas within the building e.g reception.
Key Tasks
Welcoming and coordinating visitors at Reception, supporting building running and operation.
