I am currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to undertake a 3 month contract at this professional organisation based in Barnsley.
This is a busy role where you will be responsible for handling telephone calls, meeting and greeting visitors along with ensuring the reception area is kept to a high standard.
The successful applicant will have experience of working in a similar role, you will have working knowledge of a modern telephone system along with excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
Duties will include:
The effective processing of all incoming telephone calls including the logging of calls and the
conveying of messages.
To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility
towards self-development.
To cover absence of reception staff as necessary.
The provision of telephone support to partners and other staff members as required.
Dealing with all visitors to the reception area, especially new clients.
To ensure the tidiness of the reception area.
To ensure the confidentiality and security of the firm's and client's documents and information.
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay:
£8.30-£11.15 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
