Responsibilities:


  • Define the product vision based on wide ranging inputs from staff, stakeholders and clients
  • Develop and maintain multiyear product strategy, roadmap and investment plan, with associated underlying metrics that support delivery
  • Define business rules for data ingestion and management while maintaining high data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop realtime bidirectional data exchange with external partners and improve user satisfaction through more effective data delivery across channels
  • Actively prioritize and manage the product backlog, dealing with complex and often competing priorities and stakeholders
  • Represent the product in governance and cross functional forums such as steercos and working groups
  • Support, develop and improve the product development process, including adoption of agile ways of working
  • Inspire innovation and champion change across the bank

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in product management roles
  • Proven experience managing datadriven product(s) and releasing new products or features to the market
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities
  • Experience of driving the product development lifecycle, from concept and client needs definition through to execution and benefit realization
  • A firm grasp of product management principles and agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customerfirst mindset
  • Client facing skills and interest in understanding client pain points and solving for them
