Responsibilities:

Define the product vision based on wide ranging inputs from staff, stakeholders and clients
Develop and maintain multiyear product strategy, roadmap and investment plan, with associated underlying metrics that support delivery
Define business rules for data ingestion and management while maintaining high data integrity and accuracy
Develop realtime bidirectional data exchange with external partners and improve user satisfaction through more effective data delivery across channels
Actively prioritize and manage the product backlog, dealing with complex and often competing priorities and stakeholders
Represent the product in governance and cross functional forums such as steercos and working groups
Support, develop and improve the product development process, including adoption of agile ways of working
Inspire innovation and champion change across the bank

Preferred qualifications:

10+ years of relevant work experience in product management roles
Proven experience managing datadriven product(s) and releasing new products or features to the market
Strong project management and execution capabilities
Experience of driving the product development lifecycle, from concept and client needs definition through to execution and benefit realization
A firm grasp of product management principles and agile development methodologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customerfirst mindset
Client facing skills and interest in understanding client pain points and solving for them
