We are working with a tier 1 client who are currently looking to employ an experienced SHE Advisor with a utilities background to drive their health, safety, environmental and quality responsibilities across water contracts.

This role is on a permanent basis working closely with the Operations and SHEQ Director to ensure the teams can achieve and sustain world class health, safety and environmental performance resulting in net zero and improved sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking periodic risk assessments and implementing more robust procedures when necessary

Providing specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues / subcontractors

Ensuring contracts are compliant and that positive behaviours are embedded in the day to day works of our operational teams

What do we need from you?

Understanding of health and safety issues as they relate to the property maintenance space, and ability to implement processes in line with industry standards

Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and subcontractors; we are looking for a team player who can add value to our operational teams

CMIOSH or equivalent (or be working towards this)

The salary is indicative and based on experience.
