More about your role


To assist the Operations Manager with the smooth running of the team whilst continuing to work on a portfolio of properties.

To include line management of Property Managers, training, complaints, reporting and streamlining processes and procedures.


The role will involve you managing a team, undertaking line management responsibilities and managing a portfolio of 250 properties, you will assist in handling complaints direct from our customers and you will be able to perform well in challenging situations.


This role has been evaluated to suit a 'hybrid' working pattern for a trial period whereby there will be the opportunity to work from home for some days each week if preferred

More about you
Experience in property management is not essential however this would be beneficial if you were to be successful.

The successful applicant will have experience developing positive working relationships and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working within an customer service role would be beneficial, but more importantly we want you tobe able to think on your feet and be solution focused.


You should be motivated to seek new knowledge and share in our ethos of continuous improvement in return we will provide full training to give you the skills you need to be an expert too.


You will need to hold a full UK driving licence
