Description

The band 3 Outpatients Supervisor is to assist the band 4 Coordinator in ensuring the efficient and effective cover and utilisation for all Trauma and Elective clinics (including at the Acute and Community Hospital sites).

To be responsible for making sure that all missing outcomes are completed to include both the pathway outcome and the outcome from the attendance validating patient pathways correctly.

Supervise & support a small administration team with appointment booking, clinic preparation and reception cover.

The post holder will be able to work well within a team and have experience working in a fast paced environment and be able to manage an unpredictable work load.
