We are looking to recruit a proactive and driven individual to join our admired tech client as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Early Careers) where you will shape the future of early careers talent.

As an experienced Early Careers recruiter you will bring expertise in creating and rolling out exciting Early Careers opportunities, including graduate programs, degree apprenticeships, summer placements, and work experience initiatives.

You will build and maintain relationships with key organisations such as local universities, local training organisations and schools.

There is an award-winning People team to work alongside, and you will also be leading on identifying creative ways of unlocking the internal talent to create pathways into other business areas.

The salary is highly competitive and will be market leading. There are also some amazing benefits including private healthcare and a bonus scheme.
