Techunite are working with a leading communications company and recruiting for an Internal Account Manager. You will be looking after a select group of major national accounts.Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management to existing clients
- Delivering outstanding customer service to stakeholders
- Building the company brand within the franchise groups
- Upselling products and services
- Building on established relationships with key personnel
- Fully understand customers business requirements
- Administrative duties when required
- Ensuring orders are fulfilled seamlessly
- Creating and implementing communications and marketing strategies to franchise groups
- Communicating fluidly with other departments
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of the team
- Ownership of customer requirements
- Ability to implement new ideas and report concerns within the team
- Updating and monitoring CRM system
Key Skills Required:
- Experienced in Customer Service/Sales environments
- Exceptional in written and oral communication
- Able to develop knowledge, and acquire new skills
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment, and be able to adapt to fluid change
- Having a high attention to detail
- Able to understand growth strategies and business transformation
