Techunite are working with a leading communications company and recruiting for an Internal Account Manager. You will be looking after a select group of major national accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Account Management to existing clients
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to stakeholders
  • Building the company brand within the franchise groups
  • Upselling products and services
  • Building on established relationships with key personnel
  • Fully understand customers business requirements
  • Administrative duties when required
  • Ensuring orders are fulfilled seamlessly
  • Creating and implementing communications and marketing strategies to franchise groups
  • Communicating fluidly with other departments
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of the team
  • Ownership of customer requirements
  • Ability to implement new ideas and report concerns within the team
  • Updating and monitoring CRM system

Key Skills Required:


  • Experienced in Customer Service/Sales environments
  • Exceptional in written and oral communication
  • Able to develop knowledge, and acquire new skills
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment, and be able to adapt to fluid change
  • Having a high attention to detail
  • Able to understand growth strategies and business transformation
