Are you a passionate and experienced teacher of Design Technology specialising in Textiles? We are an outstanding school located in the stunning Peak District, and we are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic part-time teacher of Design Technologyto join our team for a fixed-term position.

As our part-time teacher of Design Technology specialising in Textiles, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to our students up to and including KS5, inspiring them to achieve their full potential and fostering a love of learning.

You will be expected to plan and prepare engaging and challenging lessons, provide effective feedback to students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified teacher of Design Technology with a specialism in Textiles, with relevant teaching experience up to and including KS5.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to engage and motivate studentsof all abilities, and committed to your own professional development.

This is a part-time, fixed-term position, starting after the February half term and continuing until July 2023. In return, we offer a supportive and welcoming working environment, with excellent facilities and opportunities for professional development.
