Role Overview


Working closely with key stakeholders, including sales professionals and service line leads, this position will be responsible for undertaking the entire bidding process, including the writing of custom bid content, whilst inputting and creating marketing materials that showcase the Savills Global Occupier Services offering.

In addition, they will input into the development of customised pursuit strategies for key clients process and will work closely with a team of Graphic Designers to create bids materials which drive revenue growth.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and collaboration skills are must-haves in this role.

The Bids Coordinator will be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and will operate comfortably in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and draft custom RFI/RFP responses and presentations.
  • Partner with Graphic Designers to effectively showcase content for RFPs, presentations and other pursuit materials.
  • Maintain all material in the Savills Global Occupier Services RFP Resource Center, including RFP response content and templates.
  • Monitor relevant content sources (e.g., internal and external blogs, corporate publications, conference lectures/presentations, and industry publications) to identify and leverage potential new bid opportunities.
  • Partner with appropriate Subject Matter Experts as needed to review existing content/generate new content for the database.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials including capability deck, brochures and flyers that showcase how Savills can support multimarket clients.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on the company's goals.
Key Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a bids role for a professional services company. Commercial real estate or global experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in marketing & communications, copywriting, marketing strategy, new business development.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organisation at all levels and functions while collaborating effectively.
  • Proven ability to use influence to drive results, independently or as part of a team with limited direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations that synthesize complex problems and recommended solutions.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams/SharePoint etc.). Experience working in PowerPoint is essential and InDesign would be preferable.
  • Positive, proactive individual who takes initiative and follows through on projects/responsibilities.
  • Quick learner and highly motivated selfstarter who can work with limited guidance. An interest in the sector would be preferable, coupled with a willingness to keep up to date with industry trends, regulations and legislation.
  • Ability to work to brand guidelines and ensure content reflects Savills' recent pivot to a purpose led brand.
  • Confident, compelling communicator with developed presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across different geographies and levels of seniority.
  • Strong sense of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.

The focus of Savills' Global Occupier Services team is to advise clients who occupy property but who are not in the property business, combining our skills and our corporate knowledge to deliver results.

Corporate Account Management, Strategic Consultancy and Cross Border Tenant representation.
