Are you looking for a step into the wonderful World of Finance? Are you passionate about service excellence and delivery? We have a phenomenal opportunity for a process administrator to join us, as part of the Supplier Maintenance Team within NHS SBS.
This position will require high standards in quality and attention to detail in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered and maintained.
NHS Shared Business Services provides Financial Services to our client NHS organisations. The Supplier Maintenance Team provide a customer-focused, outcome-measured service.Team members are supported in their development and there is a growth opportunity to enable us to thrive through continuous professional development.
What you'll be doing:
- Updating supplier account details via the database
- Handling queries received by telephone or electronic communication within agreed guidelines and parameters
- Consistently delivery and achieve against SLA's, Targets & KPIs.
- Actively seeking and suggesting service improvements identified through daily processing
What you'll bring:
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet daily targets
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
- Word & excel
