THE COMPANY:
Working as a HR Administrator for an innovative insurance company.

They are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their HR team with a focus on providing excellence and empowering employees.


THE ROLE:

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to HR working with various functions to ensure a smooth set up for new hires and preparation for first day employment.

You will be working very closely with the InternationalHR Team and the L&D Team.


Your daily duties will include:

  • Coordinate all new starters, leavers and other employee procedures including all system and control procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate employee records within Workday and the HR tracker
  • Work with line managers to create onboarding plans
  • Managing the Teams inboxes
  • Excellent organization skills with ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong level of accuracy is required in all aspects of the role
  • Able to take initiative to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
