A reputable property management company is looking to hire a Senior Technical Engineer to join their London-based IT team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of corporate, residential, and networks across various sites, including switches, routers, firewalls, and security systems
  • Support the Head of Technology to implement the strategy for the IT services to be installed in all of company's developments
  • Working with Service Desk you will help manage and coordinate all IT related matters including Networks, mobile tech, IP telephony, security, user environment, resident environment, commercial environments and any other areas
  • Act as technical lead on major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and planned downtime, helping deliver these projects on time and on budget
  • Liasing with stakeholders, both externally and internally

Key qualifications:

  • Azure AD experience
    essential:
  • Microsoft suite: Windows, M365 (E3 plus E5 Enterprise Mobility & Security)
  • Understanding of Networking technologies: WAN, LAN & WiFi, VLAN, VPN
  • Deep understanding of SAAS solutions and how to manage these
  • Previous experience working within Service Desk capacity
  • Cybersecurity essentials
