Old Vicarage Nursing Home is looking for an Administrator who is highly organised and Microsoft suite proficient.

Administrator Specification:
This will mean managing administrative systems and processes to perfection to help our Home Manager effectively run services, here.
And, whether you're maintaining impeccable financial records and preparing reports or administering the Time & Attendance system and processing rotas and HR information, you'll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else.
In addition to administrative support, you will perform duties such as being proactive and responsive to Enquiries, assisting with recruitment and rota management, and assists the management team as directed.
Work Experience:
- Ideally 1 year of administrative experience.
- Experience with drafting/writing communications to various stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and able to work independently with little supervision.
