The Child Health Department is looking to appointment and enthusiastic Support Secretary to support the delivery of services within our department.
The successful post holder will be a highly motivated team player with previous medical terminology experience with sound secretarial, database and administrative skills.
The role will include general support of typing, audio typing, database work and administrative duties including cover for colleagues within the Child Health Department at times of service need.

The main responsibility within this role is database work including; maintenance, data input and also some typing and other administration duties.
This role is also to ensure the organisation and delivery of patient's information to a high standard and in a timely manner.
You will work as part of an integral secretarial team within a busy department.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role. Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
