12.5 hours per week, 2.5 hours daily Monday to Friday, key holding out of office times.

The job involves polishing, mopping, vacuuming, maybe some buffing with a machine now and then. Cleaning finger marks from glass, polishing brass and cleaning front steps to the building. Cleaning three lifts to the building.
