Are you looking for an exciting new position to kickstart your career in Town Planning? My client is looking for a Graduate Town Planner to join the Land and Planning team in London

The company is one of the leading housebuilders in the UK, having been established for over 70 years with multiple sites across the nation My client is incredibly well-regarded by their employees and offer a great development programme for graduates.

Youwill be allocated a mentor throughout the scheme to support your development

The role will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Working within the land and planning team to start acquiring land for developments
Working on s106 obligations
Attending site vits when needed
Liaising with clients and advising them on the planning process
Requirements:_
RTPI Accredited degree
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Desire to develop and progress within the company
Driving licence and access to a vehicle
