A well established boutique independent agency is seeking a Branch Manager to lead from the front, with your creative and leadership qualities and mutual beneficial management skills which will create a fabulous working culture and fun place to work.

With a combined 50yrs+ experience the team are highly experienced and knowledgeable to be reactive when needed.

The team consists of 6 perms and 3 temp recruiters and under your wing and guidance, they will continue to thrive and perform against budgetsand targets set and managed by you and the MD.

Delivering exceptional and unique recruitment solutions across multiple industry sectors in both the blue and white collar market sectors, your own experience will need to be demonstrate same.

You will be joining a friendly, professional yet down to earthculture where you really can bring out the best in the teams' abilities and support their career path as individuals as well as a team, working together in harmony.

How you lead is key to gel with the team in a positive, creative-thinking and helpful manner.

A keen eye for planning, budgeting, performance management, creative marketing, 1-2-1 meetings, training and development etc will all form part of your responsibilities.

Reporting directly to the owner of the business and working together to gain year on year growth in line with the pre-agreed plan - this really is a place where you can make such a difference and see the rewards to come.

Salary on offer is up to £45k basic plus bonus and benefits.
