£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Tide Partnership are delighted to be partnering with a leading care provider in their search for a HR Advisor A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join an incredible people team and contribute to their mission of delivering outstanding care.
The Role
As the HR Advisor you will provide expert advice and guidance on all HR-related matters, resolve ER issues effectively and assist in change management initiatives - to name a few duties This is a generalist position where every day will be different.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Advise and support managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Assist in change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with employees.
- Conduct data analysis to identify HR trends, measure employee engagement, and inform decisionmaking
- Deliver training for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Job Criteria - Essential:
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Ability to prioritise and work in a fastpaced environment
- HR experience within the care sector is desirable
