What you'll be Doing:
- Maintain and update supplier price files
- Supplier price administration and communication with accounts payable.
- Collation of volume data and sending summary of data to relevant parties.
- Query investigation and resolution, both externally and internally (including management of 4me)
- Producing up to date Approved Product & Supplier Lists.
- Promotional & Seasonal Planning
- Maintenance of supplier contact database.
- Maintenance of SSP bespoke stock holding requirements.
- Review suppliers with £0 spend every 3 to 6 months.
- Support Ireland purchasing and sourcing 5 days a week
- Negotiate new terms with suppliers in Ireland to deliver the budget.
- Identify opportunities in Ireland to reduce costs and buy better delivering value creation.
- Support the operational & commercials team in Ireland to open new units.
- Work two days a week (Wednesday & Friday) focused on improving the offer in Ireland.
- Work cross functionally with supply chain and operations to ensure aweb portal for ordering and managing range is in place.
