THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy commercial property department in Nottinghamshire.

As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be expected to provide advice across the broad remit ofcommercial property law including landlord and tenant matters, leasing properties, the buying and selling of properties as well as transferring property as part of structural re-organisations.

Working across a range of sectors, the commercial property departmentprovide assistance on the full spectrum of commercial property work including the buying and selling property, leasing property for landlord and tenants and also assisting Churches and Christian charities in buying and selling property.

This exciting opportunitypresents the applicant with the ability to develop and contribute to the success of one of the region's most established practices.


THE CANDIDATE:


Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will have experience of covering the full remit of commercial property law along with some experience of working on behalf of charities.

Ideal Solicitors or Legal Executives will have strong technical expertise across all typesof commercial property work and have a real interest and experience in dealing with properties in the charities sector.

You will have at least 2 years PQE in handling your own caseload of commercial property matters and be looking for a role which offers youthe opportunity to contribute to the firms ongoing development and success.

In addition to handling your own caseload you will also be expected to undertake business development and networking activities to enhance the commercial property services.
