Description

Act as Business Partner and Change Agent to Digital Programme(s), identifying needs, creating, agreeing and maintaining comms and engagement plans, delivering against these, and reviewing their effectiveness.

Channel Management as per project communication plan.


This might include:
Creating and updating Intranet content. Producing copy for print, digital and social media formats.

Managing in-person activity, e.g. information stands and drop-ins. Post on our Twitter handle and NBT Staff Facebook page. Attend Programme Governance Boards and Steering Groups where necessary, acting as the Communication Lead and SME.

Attend and contribute to Programme Team Meetings. Interface and work with the NBT Central Comms Cell. Follow Trust Comms / Digital Programmes Team procedures and protocols. Undertake audits or surveys as necessary for own work.
