You will start with the following responsibilities on our helpdesk:

Troubleshooting via remote access.
Ticket management.
Resolution of tickets.
Excellent communication and timekeeping skills.
Work towards KPI's.
Working independently, as part of a team.
Occasion overtime required.
Organising and prioritising tickets.
Ensuring security standards are always adhered too.
Complete training allocated to you

Skills we are looking for:

Excellent written/verbal communication and timekeeping;

- knowledge of Microsoft 365;

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop.

We offer equal training opportunities to all employees and a minimum of 5 days should be booked throughout the year with the aim to pass the relevant exam.
