As part of the Firmwide Business Resiliency ("FBR") group within the Office of the CFO responsible for the design of the firm's Resiliency Program, support the development, implementation and execution of Business Resiliency framework enhancements, as we continue to strengthen our risk based approach to business resiliency.


You will work with the framework team and across the resiliency landscape with key stakeholders in our Lines of Business (LOBs) and Corporate Functions (CFs).

FBR is building a new Quality Assurance function, and working in this role will help structure and define this new function, develop supporting analytics, define metrics and results, and work with LOBs / CFS to develop and complete analysis and to drive resulting improvements in resiliency.


Job responsibilities:


  • Support workstream lead and team members to deliver analytics on the framework to assess planning effectiveness
  • Design and develop effective analysis models and data visualisation through tools available such as Excel, Alteryx and Tableau
  • Supporting the build of the Business Resilience Quality Assurance program
  • Engage key partners and stakeholders in Lines of Business (LOB) and Corporate Functions (CF) to communicate, discuss and assess key framework analysis and quality assurance observations and engage key partners in asset resiliency functions (Security, Real Estate, Third Party Operations etc.) to support Operating Model alignment
  • Support workstream project management activities, including minuting working group sessions, tracking deliverables and reporting progress
  • Keep abreast of regulatory landscape and industry best practices to inform continuous strategic improvement Required

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Relevant experience in related disciplines
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel experience up to VBA level
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Selfdriven with ability to work independently, as well as with the broader team
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly and assimilate business / technical knowledge
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change; components of role can be fluid and defined over time as business needs evolve

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Broad understanding of Resiliencyrelated disciplines; experience in Resiliency, Business Continuity, Risk and Controls, and / or Quality Assurance is a plus
  • Strong, confident, and clear verbal communications skills; comfortable moderating meetings / working groups
  • Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships across a matrixed organization
