Description

A confident, organised individual with initiative and drive required to manage day to day breast imaging for Lincolnshire Breast Screening Service and Symptomatic Breast Services.

The post holder will manage mammography staff alongside the Breast Imaging Lead and Advanced Practitioners. The post holder will be responsible for the overall daily management of service provision and departmental improvements.

Responsible for day to day HR management, recruitment and rostering.

Dealing with day to day problem solving and decision making for optimal service cover.

Ensuring staff, equipment and policies are compliant and adhere to National and local guidelines and governance.


Ensure service users receive the best possible care and any complaints are correctly investigated in line with Trust and NHSBSP procedure.
