Customer Service Advisor| Stafford| 3-Month Contract| Immediate Start Available

Great opportunity for a confident individual with Customer Service/Administration experience to join a well-established company in Stafford.

The Company


Seymour John are working with a local business that has seen significant growth during recent times, who are now looking to expand their Customer Service Team with the appointment of two Customer Service Advisors.


The Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for

  • Providing customers with prompt customer service skills on all matters pertaining to the issuing of credit notes and goods returns.
  • Understanding and operating all aspects of the computerised processing system to provide all customers with a speedy and efficient service.
  • Liaising with other departments including order entry, credit control, technical services and the sales force.
  • Communicating with outside hauliers regarding deliveries and collections.
  • Supplying customers if required with proof of deliveries, copy invoices and credit notes as required.
  • Participating in postal duties having relevant training if required.
  • Contributing to the process of continuous improvements by identifying and recommending system and procedural improvements.

Personal Profile
We are looking to speak with individuals who have excellent communication skills and are comfortable managing multiple tasks. You must have an approachable and positive manner with previous experience of working in a customer service environment.
