Description
Housing Options Officer based in Ashford.
We are working with a Local Authority based in Ashford, they are currently recruiting for a Housing Options Officer.
Flexible working and Hybrid Working would both be considered.
The contract is due to run initially until the end of March 2023.

Knowledge Required:

  • At least 2 years' of experience of working in homelessness and housing advice, or a housing related field
  • Knowledge and experience of utilising a range of housing options to prevent homelessness, including the Sanctuary Scheme
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legal processes for the recovery of possession of property, including Section 21 and Section Notices; and court proceedings for possession of property
