Description

A varied Human Resources Advisor position for a leading independent company based in Wiltshire.

This is a permanent role for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for a long-term career role within a vibrant, supportive team.

The role reports directly into the Director and manages one direct report, a HR Administrator.

The key role responsibilities include:

Leading Employee Relations cases from brief to resolution
Managing the appraisal process, reviewing the current system and providing guidance for updates and improvements
Leading and advising on HR Project work
Reviewing, assessing and updating HR legislation such as policies, processes and the employee handbook
Supporting on the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, contracts and offers, onboarding, training, and development, all the way through to offboarding
Overseeing payroll
Managing the L&D budget and facilitating career development and learning opportunities for employees

Skills and experience required:

Minimum 3+ years working within a HR position
Level 5 CIPD or equivalent university degree ideally
Strong knowledge and proven experience in UK HR and employment law
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of HRIS and HR systems such as SAP, Cezanne, Workday, etc

The role is based in Wiltshire and ideally you will hold a full valid drivers license.
