Description

DGS Service Solutions are seeking to hire an energetic and driven individual as a Full Time Security Supervisor at the Junction Retail and Leisure Park in Antrim.


Must have experience in managing and motivating a team of staff with the ability to work in partnership with centre management and reporting to DGS Regional Operations Manager.


Working over a 4 week pay cycle which includes 2 weeks with 3 days off and 2 weeks with 4 days off per week, additional shifts are available onsite with holiday cover and additional hours.


  • Relevant experience in a security supervision position
  • Working knowledge of rota's, annual leave, and sickness management
  • Maintains documentation and standard procedures onsite.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to identify any short comings and resolve staffing issues.
A SIA Security/Door Supervisor is essential for this role.


DGS Service Solutions pay for all Security Officers upskill training and licence fee for all our sites, therefore a SIA Security/Door Supervisor licence is essential for this role.
