This is a business on an exciting journey with a strong social impact within the creative industry and a well-respected leader.

The business is a trustedpartner with well-established relationships and referrals.

As a result, the business is expanding it's finance team and looking for a trusted Finance Assistant to support them in their vision an growth.


The Role:

  • Review and process purchase invoices and sales invoices
  • Weekly payment runs for open AP and AR items via online banking, adhering to approval processes and authorisation limits.
  • Liaising with suppliers and consultants
  • Posting bank payments and receipts, liaising with the Finance Manager and Finance Director
  • Other adhoc tasks including opportunity to assist with month end processes

What you can bring to the table:
