Job Summary:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Secure new clients and projects to fortify and expand the forward order book.
Oversee all operational facets, ensuring desired results are produced and are consistent with the overall company strategy and mission.
Assume full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Foster a cohesive management team, prioritize employee training, and optimize business efficiency.
Contribute to ongoing product development, fostering innovation and enhancements.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy.

Key Skills and Experience

Essential:

Proven track record as a CEO, Director, or senior managerial figure in HVAC or related construction sectors.
Proficiency in sales, business development, and commercial strategy.
Demonstrated ability to formulate profitable strategies and translate vision into action.
Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational and leadership prowess.
Strong analytical and problemsolving acumen.

Key Skills and Experience:

Desirable:

Prior knowledge or understanding of HVAC or related construction sectors.
Experience sitting on, and reporting into, a Board of Directors

Job Details:

Employment Type: Fulltime, Permanent
Salary: £100,000+, plus performance bonus
Benefits: Company pension, onsite parking
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

Bonus scheme, commission pay, performance bonus, yearly bonus

Location: Inperson at the London HQ reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
