Description

OVERALL PURPOSE
To facilitate and support the bartender to ensure the bar runs efficiently and is adequately stocked

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure that there is always enough back up stock
Replenish bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware and juices when required
Maintain and change draught beers when required
Restock garnishes, fruit trays, straws, napkins and mixers
Ensuring sufficient glassware on premises
Re stock ice when required
Maintain clean cloths in each bartender's station
Collect empty glasses from the bar and tables, wash and re stack
To assist the bartender to take orders and deliver drinks at peak trading times
Ensure the bar and table surfaces are clean and dry at all times
Carry out all reasonable requests asked of you by the General Manager and/or the Director

Be immaculately dressed in all black with tops provided by the Company
Maintain excellent time keeping and attendance
