We seek to appoint a clinical research associate to assist the team at the Institute of Metabolic Science led by Professor Sir Stephen O'Rahilly in their programme of research focused on phenotyping human carriers of homozygous mutations in genes involved in metabolic and endocrine processes, recalled by genotype.

This is a collaborative body of work undertaken with Professor David Van Heel at Queen Mary University London.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 31 March 2031 in the first instance.

This appointment requires an Honorary Clinical Contract.

This is an integrated appointment between the University and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust ("NHS Trust"). You will therefore also be issued with an Honorary Clinical Contract by the NHS Trust.

You should be aware that if your contract with the NHS Trust is terminated your employment with the University will be terminated, and vice versa.
