Community Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist:

Hunter AHP have an opportunity for an experienced Community Occupational Therapist to secure an ongoing locum contract, in a, community environment.

The service provides rehabilitation for patientswho have recently been discharged from hospital back into their own homes.

Community Rehab Occupational Therapists work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary therapy team, as this role is community based a car driver is required.
