Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid Working

- 35 hours per week, Monday Friday

The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Updating the internal system
- Meet all deadlines and service level agreements
- Comply with GDPR and confidentiality
- Assist colleagues when required
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- Experience of relevant software including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internal bespoke systems/CRMS
- Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
- Ability to work within strict policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills including first class written skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others
- Great organisational ability and attention to detail
Recruitment Schedule:
- Closing date: 21/06/24
- Interviews: w/c 08/07/24 and 15/07/24
- Start: 09/09/24
- Training period will last 9 weeks from this date and no annual leave can be taken during this time.
- All employees will be required to attend the office full time during the training period and hybrid working will only be signed off once training is complete.
