Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid Working

  • Not for profit organisation
  • Manchester City Centre, hybrid working
- £25,500 per annum

  • 35 hours per week, Monday Friday
  • 30 days holiday
  • Pension
  • Private medical

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Updating the internal system
  • Meet all deadlines and service level agreements
  • Comply with GDPR and confidentiality
  • Assist colleagues when required

The ideal Customer Service Advisor:


  • Experience of relevant software including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internal bespoke systems/CRMS
  • Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
  • Ability to work within strict policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills including first class written skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others
  • Great organisational ability and attention to detail

Recruitment Schedule:


  • Closing date: 21/06/24
  • Interviews: w/c 08/07/24 and 15/07/24
  • Start: 09/09/24
  • Training period will last 9 weeks from this date and no annual leave can be taken during this time.
  • All employees will be required to attend the office full time during the training period and hybrid working will only be signed off once training is complete.
